A Scarborough icon, Peters by the Sea has been around since I was a little girl.
It has resisted the high rise redevelopment all around it, maintaining its family business feel and relaxed atmosphere.
I bumped into some of the gang from Fringe World setting up in The Cultural Centre yesterday. They will be in Perth from 25 Jan – 24 Feb.
